Our team is committed to providing the highest standards of professional practices in our services and health and safety protections as we evolve along with the pandemic and transition back to some normal. Although we are no longer pre-screening our clients in the days ahead of their appointments, we are asking everyone to use their best judgement for staying home when experiencing symptoms of sickness of any kind. Kindly call or email our staff as soon as you know you are unable to make your appointment so that we have time to fill your space.
As mask mandates have been lifted, we are NOT always wearing masks within the studio. At the time of your treatment, your therapist may or may not be wearing a mask. If you prefer your therapist wear one, please contact us before your appointment so that we can accommodate your request.
Arriving For Your Appointment
In order to maintain treatment time efficiency, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We are no longer offering hand sanitizer, but encourage you to visit our washrooms down the hall to wash your hands before and after your treatment. Our therapists are maintaining strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols within the treatment rooms, common areas and office space for everyone's safety and comfort.
Booking Your Follow-up Treatments
Following your treatment. we encourage swift payments at the desk and no lingering in the common areas to reduce the number of people. We encourage you pre-book your appointments online, from home, in order to minimize time within the studio outside of your treatment time. Online booking is available 24-7 and if you need support we can be reached by email or message through our Facebook page.
